Avatar and Signature Rules! [Updated 17 Jan]

I have noticed that the avatar and signatures in this forums are getting waaay too big, it's lagging computers and causing posts to disappear. Thus, I'm going to implement a rule, and if avatars and signatures rules are not met, they will be removed. These rules are already very lenient (as compared to Amaranthia.)

AVATARS:
- Not exceeding 135x180px
- Not containing nudity or any kind of extreme sexually suggestive themes.
Sample of an acceptable avatar (130x160px):


SIGNATURES:
- Not exceeding 500px from left to right, not exceeding 200px from up to down (not including text).
- NO VIDEOS. FOR THE LOVE OF RAINBOW PONIES, NO.
- Acceptable signature:
