What's the difference between the regular and the quick reply?

EDIT: By the way, if you're changing things, you'll probably want to remove the thing under the logo - the one about 100 members.

well the quick reply make it more faster to post thing but with less stuff than a perfect one. It usually used if you want post something fast like in the forum game.

EDIT: Why not make the nosebleed emoticons? or something like that.
